The rooms are priced at £69 per night whether used for single or twin occupancy and breakfast is included in this price.
The two meeting rooms are £300 each and the costs will be shared equally between all those that come along so plan on £30 at the most. I am hoping to get a SU demonstrator for one session so the most the craft workshops would be is around £20.
Lunch can be obtained in the Starbucks Coffee Shop or I can try and arrange a sandwich delivery but this can be organised nearer the time.
Dinner will be taken in The Verve restaurant and I am working on a set price menu which I will let you know nearer the time.

NOW what I would like is names of those who can definitely make it and an indication of whether you want a single room; a twin room and the name of person you are sharing with; twin room but not got anyone to share with yet. Please add your name to this thread so I can keep track
